Bella Schwartz: Fighting Against Overdevelopment.

Bella Schwartz was riding her bike when she saw bulldozers destroying an area she loved. In Volusia County, almost every acre has been "developed" or has a For Sale sign on it which makes our county hotter, increases flooding, traffic, and caused a horrific and highly tragic effect on wildlife. Greed is the motivation and Bella Schwartz gathered thousands of signatures from her high school and college peers taking them to council meetings demanding a stop to overdevelopment.
